KS Based Indie Alternative ROCK BAND
Niffy was founded by Marcus Appier and Landon Burkett in 2023 with the release of EP "Skinner Street" In their senior year of highschool blending Landon's technical and Intricate Drum and Bass largely inspired by bands like Delta Sleep and Flipturn with Marcus' Guitar and Vocals taking inspiration from Alternative Rock bands like The Backseat Lovers and Radiohead.
The band was expanded and transformed into a 4 man preforming group when the two enrolled Butler Community College and befriended Fabrizio "Breezy" Quiroz on Bass and David Mitchell on Lead Guitar joining the band and completing their line up.
We aim to make our live shows an authentic and genuine experience that emotionally connects with the audience through lyrics and musicianship providing a lively and entertaining show through Fabrizio's RnB inspired groovy bass lines, smooth vocals and David's Blues inspired intricate riffs.
With Marcus, Fabrizio, and David's continued involvement in The Butler Community College Show Choir "Headliners" and Landon's participation in multiple instrumental ensembles with the BCC Fine Arts Department we are no stranger to the stage and want to share our creativity, chemistry and musicianship with the world.
